Delivery time within the Netherlands is usually 1-2 business days. For international orders this can vary between 3 and 7 business days, depending on the destination.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can change it. To do this, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via the contact form or email.

Yes, we ensure that all orders are packaged discreetly.

We accept iDEAL, PayPal and bank transfers, among others. For international customers we also offer other options, depending on the country.

Once we have received and inspected your returned products, we will refund the amount to the same payment method you used at checkout. This process takes up to 7 business days.
